maybe even a double stamp. for those of you who know me, i am a giant john lennon fan and giant is a total understatement. i am pretty much the biggest john lennon fan there is, well, self-proclaimed at least.
my sons name is julian, named after julian lennon, john's first son. i've had four cat's named lennon. yes, we recycle that name around these parts and i think if i were to have a little boy that the cat might have to go so the name could possibly be recycled a fifth and final time. my kiddo's love john lennon, infact i think it's pretty sweet that they can already tell the difference between mr. lennon and sir mccartney's voices at such a young age and know the words to many of his songs.
i spin his vinyl most days and sleep in john lennon sheets. okay okay, so that very last part about the sheets was a lie and also kinda gross as i'm not into john lennon in that way, sheesh! i just think that he was and still is the most influential and brilliant musician of all time. others have come close, yes, and i don't want a debate about which beatle is better or for us to argue about other greats like dylan who i am also a HUGE fan of, i just love john lennon, plain and simple. he wins in my book.
but it's funny because he actually has nothing to do with this post, i'm just a rambler, sorry. this post is about his youngest son, sean lennon's girlfriend charlotte kemp muhl. she is a true beauty and i adore her unordinary style. she's a free spirit and could make a belted garbage bag look good...and the lady sings. she & sean have started a little duo called the ghost of a saber toothed tiger. it's not too shabby... have a listen here.
