name / occupation: james kicinski-mccoy / wife, mother, lifestyle blogger and more.
currently working on: a complete re-brand and redesign of my blog that will launch january first, yay!, and a couple exciting career projects outside of the blog.
what's in your vanity:
mario badescu enzyme cleansing gel. i can't quit this cleanser. it's so good all year round.
yves saint laurent mascara. i started using this mascara a few months ago and i love it. it does not clump.
aesop purifying facial exfoliant paste. the perfect scrub for flaky winter skin.
tatcha deep brightening serum. this serum has done wonders for my skin. a little pricey but so so worth as you get older.
opi lincoln park after dark. this is my go to color, all year round but especially in the fall and winter months.
terry huile de rose firming lift nutri-regenerating oil. i recently discovered this incredible oil and fell head over heels for it.
malin + goetz cilantro conditioner. the best everyday conditioner in my opinion and it smells incredible.
kiehl's creme de corps. i buy a new bottle of this every year. my skin gets really dry and itchy when it's cold. this stuff cures all.
korres wild rose lip butter. the best lip gloss that's not too glossy when you want a hint of color.
aesop primrose facial hydrating cream. i just started using this because i ran out of my previous moisturizer. it's made for normal to dry skin and so far i'm loving it.
which product/s can't you live without? my clarisonic. it's completely changed my skin.
favorite place to shop for your goods? to be honest i'm not a big fan of actual shopping in stores. i am an online shopper. sephora and amazon are the two places i order from the most.
secret beauty tip? vitamin e capsules that you can buy for under $5 at the drug store. pierce one before bed, rub it onto your face and let it soak in while you sleep. it keeps you looking fresh and young.
