we're seeing signs of spring and spending much of our time outside. today we are packing a picnic basket and eating lunch in the backyard at the kids request. that's the plan anyway, so long as these rain clouds overhead don't get our the way. if that's the case then we will switch to plan b: pack our picnic basket, lay a blanket over the floor in the living room and enjoy a picnic indoors.
