fifteen. weeks. old.

hahaha. she makes the funniest little faces. i just couldn't help but post a bunch of her many silly expressions. i love it! our baby bird is quite the entertainer. her thing is sticking her tongue out, curling it around and licking her little lips. she also loves to chew on anything her tiny hands can grab onto. she's such a joy to be around and is always keeping us laughing. these photos are a bit late, i've been so crazy busy thanks to the holidays that i am running behind, yet again, in the blogging department. she is also full on teething now. it's that saddest thing. she makes these little 'i'm unhappy' noises when her little teeth are starting to bother her. she's been waking up a few times a night to nurse and she's been whiny and full of tears when it gets real bad. so sad but we're getting through it.

i am so excited to celebrate her first christmas! it's definitely making this holiday break without my older kiddos a little more bearable since i have her to spend it with but it is still very hard. my cousin lizzy emailed me some photos this morning of baby julian from his first christmas. he was about the same age as gemma. i can't believe that was ten years ago. time flies by so quickly when you have little kids. it really does. cherish every moment!
