wow... i was planning on doing my 10 things i adore post this evening, but after searching through old files from 2 computers ago i stumbled upon these... for those of you who don't know, i used to design children's clothes, the line was named after my daughter and was such a fun time in my life. i made little girls clothing, jewelry & hair accessories. i am now designing again, but working on vintage inspired clothes for grown-up girls using primarily vintage materials and textiles. a whole different ball game, but just as exciting. looking at these photo's brings back a lot of memories, kind of makes me sad. my life has done a complete 180 since back then, my kiddo's are growing like weeds, i've gone through a divorce and moved to a different state, far away from my family and friends. my new life is great, don't get me wrong, but digging up old memories can tug a bit at the heart strings. here are some more of my favorite pieces from the line...
i still have some of these lola bikini samples in storage, i should dig them out, they are so freakin' cute!
this little set was one of my faves. the tank had the cutest flower details with little button centers.
i made a bunch of hoodie and pant sets, back when juicy couture was popular. the red doe set was one of my favorites. :) and here's a funny picture of me wearing a sample from my manufacturer...the coat was supposed to be a size 3 toddler, but it was waaay to big and so i took a picture of me in it and sent it to them so they could see that they needed to adjust their sizing. ha! i was so young.
this was just a small peek at my very first line. thanks for looking. can't wait to show you my newest collection of apparel, jewelry & accessories. fun fun!
xoxo.
