i just made these!
as you all know i've been a yarn pom pom making kick lately. i promised a tutorial on how to make them but my friend katie reminded me that there is already an awesome tutorial for them. the tutorial shows how to make the flowers shown in the photo above, but if you keep the center ties long on your pom pom and don't add the stem, then you have a regular pom that can be used for multiple purposes. i may trim my flowers a bit to make them a little smaller. haven't decided yet.
and we carved pumpkins with our friends brandi & jacob on sunday. ta-da...
and then brandi & i made some silly movies.

i'm having serious hair envy. kinda leaning towards red...
but i'm torn...i've already come this far. i think i will still go platinum, keep it for awhile and then when i get bored, i'll go jenny lewis red and then when i get bored of that...i'll go dark again. sound like a plan?
