we have been enjoying these cold, wet days spent indoors. it's kinda fun having to get creative to occupy our time. we've been listening to a lot of records, playing a lot of games, reading a lot of books and making things. this afternoon we made animal faces together and the big kids built swords out of wood and nails. it's been getting down into the low forties/high thirties here at night, very cold temperatures for the south of texas, but it's supposed to warm up a bit over the weekend. hope you all have been staying warm and dry.
