my big kids or as i like to call them, "the teenagers" are home! they flew in last night and put a big smile on all of our faces. we are so happy to have them home, especially birdie. she misses them so much when they are away.
today it was back to school for us all after a short baby sailor break. i'm not going to lie, i was a little nervous to add "taking care of a newborn baby" in with our already beyond busy schedule. to my surprise the day went fairly smooth, sailor slept for long stretches of time and it turned out to be quite productive. we even had time to squeeze in some marbling
we spent the evening out on the town for the first time as a family of six for a bit of shopping and dinner. challenging at times, but fairly simple. i think we are getting the hang of things around here with another little one in the house. it doesn't take long.
