5. those tasty red velvet macarons that i can't get enough of.
6. a baby boy's corner that is slowly but surely coming together.
7. jelly beans have always been plum's favorite treat.
hello there friends. this week has been nothing short of absolutely crazy. we started school here at the house. a week before most schools in our area. i wanted to gradually work back into our regular routine, starting with only a couple of lessons on day one and gradually adding more. monday we will be ready to have our first full day. i am so happy to be homeschooling again. it's funny, i didn't even realize how much i had missed it. the kids too. they jumped right back in with no complaints.
i have also been swamped with work. i have some things that i have been working on, aside from the blog, that are starting to come together nicely. all very exciting, but a lot of work for a nearly 8 months pregnant, homeschooling mama of three. but no complaints here. it's been fun and i think i operate better under pressure and when there is no time to sit and relax.
i did not get around to taking any bump photos this past week. aubrey was out of town for most of it and there was just no time. i will be sure to snap a few this upcoming week. pinky promise. it should be much more mellow around here. i am 34 weeks today, yay!, and i have started to work on baby boys corner a bit. i set up the crib, ::ahem:: by myself, although it really is an easy crib to set up, but still. it's coming together and i am getting so excited to welcome this new little one into our family.
i hope you all have a wonderful weekend. mine will be quite busy and full, but we will be sure to take a break to bake a cake. i'm thinking it's time for chocolate.
