yesterday we took a little road trip up to our wedding location. we needed to make the trip to figure out some last minute wedding details, measure a few things and do some last minute planning. it was really fun and also very exciting!

it was a lovely, but busy day. the kids didn't want to leave and truthfully neither did i. we are lucky enough to be getting married in one of the most incredibly beautiful places i have ever been to. we cannot wait to go back for the real thing! i'm not sure if i have shared this with you before, but our wedding celebration is actually several days long. not one, not two, but FOUR DAYS long. we will be there for six days total. a little wedding week retreat, so to speak. it's all very exciting. xo!
footnote: i have some really wonderful "LOVE" inspired guest posts lined up from some of my lovely blogger friends... to help fill in the gaps up until the wedding. and also i plan on blogging little peeks here and there. many of you have asked if i plan on sharing wedding photos on the blog after the big day. the answer is YES! it may not be right away, but we will be sharing. :)
