yes... today has been one of those days. a day when everything seems to be going wrong and can leave you in a sour dull mood. well on top of having one of those days, i was also missing my little milla plum & juju bear like crazy. i wished that they were here to bake with me in the kitchen or paint with me or work on a fun art project together. unfortunately they are not and so i decided to create a little fun project that i could do in their honor and then send over to them, have them complete and then send back to me. kind of like an art project by mail/mama pen pal sort of thing. so i came up with these...
they're super simple, ultra cute and easy to make. i cannot wait to see what these tiny pages become once my kiddos get their hands on them!
see! easy as pie. i am going to mail these little future masterpieces out along with a stamped self addressed envelope & some colored pencils to them this week. then all they have to do is draw, write, create what they please, stick them into the stamped envelope and pop them back into the mail box. the thought of this makes me smile. all of the sudden this day has gotten a whole lot better. XO.
