i woke up this morning with a headache & craving a sandwich.
so far my tuesdays not going to well.
i have a ton of stuff that i have to do this week that i have been procrastinating. seriously a ton. and i am extremely stressed about it all. so much work. updating galore. a few bird surprises. painting the kiddo's rooms. laundry. i'm not going to go on, but i definitely could. STRESSED! however, it seems that i am apparently starting all of these very important tasks later, because the boy made us a swimming date with some friends. can't really complain, even though i completely should. but i am so excited to see them, it's been awhile.
i do need some help getting less distracted and more motivated it seems.
any useful tips you could lend me???
i need that sandwich.
happy tuesday.
xoxo.

You must make a schedule and relax abit before you begin this hassle day :)

Okay, this may sound dumb... But I can't figure it out...
Are you the mum of the kiddos? Or an aunt or something?

When I'm overwhelmed and unmotivated I make a list of things I need to do and break up each task - even the really mundane like "take a shower" then when I cross it off I actually feel like I'm accomplishing something :) love your style btw!!

In my opinion, sometimes the distractions HELP us to become motivated. Take a little time for distraction...then come back to the table refreshed and inspired. Make a list and check it off - ONE AT A TIME - instead of looking at EVERYTHING you have to do. That's always too overwhelming for me and I just shut down. Anyway, just know that I find your work and blog extremely inspiring. Thank you.
