It's an amazing film, I saw it yesterday as it's already released here in Australia, and it is so beautiful. I've heard people disappointed because you don't see haute couture until the last five mins, but it's such a gorgeous story of Coco Chanel's life and Audrey Tautou is perfection!!

Hey ! I'm French (Paris) and I'm following your blog since few monthes because I just love the clothes you made and your style in general. So when I saw this post about a French movie I can't help writing u something ! =) Coco Avant Chanel is movie you must see, it's amazing, as the title says it's more about how she became the famous stylist, her youth and not really about her "golden age".
So like we say in France " je vous souhaite une bonne journée."

I watched it and I did really love it. I wouldn't recommend it to the girls who read her biography though because the scenarists deleted a lof of details of her story. That was kind of frustrating sometimes!
